Gordon B. Hinckley (1910-2008).  The fifteenth president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is probably most responsible for the proliferation of new Mormon temples built around the world, emphasizing a “mini” temple design that cost less so more temples could be built.
